PHI managing principals have a unique perspective as they have been the customer of contract services support in Federal Government positions and now PHI provide many of the services that they used to be responsible for in accomplishing mission priorities. Our project delivery processes highly encourage customer participation and involvement throughout the delivery of a project, regardless of size and scope. PHI’s flexibility, unique customer perspective, has proved that we can conduct work with minimal disruptions in schedule around important mission requirements or accommodate situations as they come up. Successfully coordinating work activities with minimal disruption to occupants requires team coordination and communications which our project management approach encourages as depicted in the next section, Project Management.
